About the Role

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Client Partner, Talent Acquisition Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing research plans to identify target candidate populations and recommend effective recruitment strategies to meet Fraser Health's strategic recruitment goals.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and marketing strategies to maximize the Fraser Health brand and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community groups, schools, colleges, universities, and professional associations to promote Fraser Health as a career and employer of choice.
  • Coordinate production and scheduling with external vendors for the placement of recruitment advertising and attendance at career fairs and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain systems for workforce planning and data collection, including tracking and reporting on statistics and demographics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Five years' recent related experience with web-based marketing and communications and content management systems.
  • Competencies: leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous, and the ability to create conditions for people to succeed.
  • Professional/Technical Capabilities: ability to operate a personal computer, Microsoft Office, and applicable recruitment software, as well as proficiency in a variety of software such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Freehand, Fireworks, Illustrator, and Microsoft Project.
