We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select the best candidates for our open positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our organization.
- Onboarding and Integration: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
