Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Frontera Immigration Consulting. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative tasks and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an urban area and will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
