Position Title: Senior Operations Manager, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all facets of human resources management to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Establish consistent and standardized practices in human resources management.
  • Oversee and guide staff to ensure effective service delivery and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Incorporate volunteers into local operations and assist in the creation and execution of strategies for volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention.
  • Address performance issues among employees and coordinate follow-ups with management or Human Resources as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational plans within their designated area, aligned with the strategic priorities of Croix-Rouge.
  • Evaluate and interpret operational and organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Implement policies and strategies that align with Croix-Rouge priorities, identifying potential risks.
  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the organization's functions to enhance team performance and operational processes.
  • Apply knowledge of local trends and the environment to align activities with the organization's vision.
