Job Title: Senior Technology Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Consultant to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Technology & Operations group, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the effective governance of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to senior leaders on technology-related matters, including risk management and strategic planning.
  • Lead change management programs to drive technology transformation and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage and maintain databases and data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technology governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of data governance, risk management, and technology transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
