Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain resort units to ensure they're ready for guest arrival, including lighting, electronics, appliances, and plumbing.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks to prevent issues and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain common guest areas and ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- CPO Certification may be required for certain sites.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and cleanliness techniques.
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions and take direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
