Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain resort units to ensure they're ready for guest arrival, including lighting, electronics, appliances, and plumbing.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks to prevent issues and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain common guest areas and ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • CPO Certification may be required for certain sites.
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance and cleanliness techniques.
  • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions and take direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
