Maintenance Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Whistler Platinum. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance in our vacation homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and owners in a timely and professional manner
- Develop expertise in technical systems, including C4 and Sonos
- Complete projects and tasks promptly, including basic silicone, caulking, painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Conduct pre-arrival maintenance inspections and provide detailed reports
- Communicate effectively with the maintenance manager and dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Valid BC driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional image
- Great knowledge of the Whistler area is an asset
