Veterinary Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at VCA Canada Kew Beach Animal Hospital in Toronto, ON.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging pet patients, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets
  • Answer phone calls and track appointments effectively
  • Schedule appointments and perform administrative tasks
  • Process payments and handle invoicing
  • Take initiative and work independently
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized reception area
