Veterinary Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at VCA Canada Downtown Animal Hospital. As a key member of our client care team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for clients and their pets
  • Answer multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively
  • Schedule appointments, admit and discharge pet patients, and process payments
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Develop a strong understanding of veterinary services and medical office procedures
