About the Role

The position is responsible for the delivery, loading/unloading, and documentation of product orders to customers. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-time delivery of dairy products to valued customers
  • Handle pallets of dairy products using electric pallet movers
  • Process returns information to customers using handheld computer systems
  • Adhere to customer and company receiving policies
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety policies (HACCP, CFIA, GMP, BRC)
  • Comply with personal safety policies (WHMIS, OH&S, WCB, and Company procedures)
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Class 1 Driver's License with Air Certification
  • 3+ Years of in-town delivery experience
  • Meet established Company driving standards
  • Driven in a Class 1 Packaged Product License classification within the last 12 months
  • Good knowledge of the Lower Mainland
  • Proven skills in customer relations, customer service, and sales
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Capable of working in an unsupervised environment
  • Available for a variety of different shifts, including weekends
