About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office and clerical duties for residents and service team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, visitors, and service team members.
  • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payments.
  • Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and resident increases, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, staying up-to-date on policies and procedures.
  • Support service team members and leaders with scheduling, performance management, payroll, and collective bargaining agreement administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the community.

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years' relevant experience in Seniors Housing or Hospitality, with a preference for certification or a diploma in administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Class G/Class 5 driver's license with a clear driver's abstract (applicable to Ontario/Alberta).
