On Side Restoration is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team Reporting to the Territory Manager, Operations Managers oversee our branch operations locations throughout the country.

The Operations Manager is all about managing and leading people. Their people focus is all encompassing and will result in the ultimate success of the local operations, territory, company, and position. Overseeing all operations personnel, the Operations Manager must have superior knowledge of operations management and the ability to build superior relationships with key stake holders. Responsible for building teams the Operations Manager ensures the ops team is up to date on all health and safety standards, able to meet key KPI’s and work as a unified team, which occasionally might require to step into an operations role and lend a hand.

**What you Bring to the Team**
- Previous operations management experience in a relatable field
- Post-graduate degree is an asset - a combination of experience and education can also be evaluated
- Construction or Restoration experience
- A proactive, results driven, highly skilled business professional with proven record for meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
- Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically at a high-level
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines in a fast paced environment
- Clear criminal background check
- Working knowledge of building codes
- Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
