Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales initiatives, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with brokers, sales agents, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, VIPs, and other real estate professionals, focusing on pre-construction condominium sales.
  • Contribute to sales strategies encompassing product development, marketing efforts, public relations, events, and project activations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance sales and CRM tools, processes, and infrastructure to boost efficiency and support growth.
  • Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to provide insights on sales materials and presentations.
  • Advise on product development phases, including floor plans and amenity spaces, based on market feedback, while conducting market research and tracking trends.
  • Manage incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documentation.
  • Document and track homeowner communications within the CRM system, maintaining all purchaser files accurately.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a real estate sales environment, particularly in pre-construction sales.
  • Highly organized, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven closing skills are essential.
  • A strong drive for success and a commitment to integrity in all endeavors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during project launches.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for SalesForce.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as required.
