Job Summary:

Linds & Associates Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Real Estate Legal Assistant to join its team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for preparing documentation and performing administrative tasks for commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with solicitors, clerks, and clients to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Prepare client correspondence, including letters and reports, to keep clients informed of transaction progress.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, as well as Conveyancer, PC Law, and Teraview.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
