Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of commercial properties, including rental agreements, lease negotiations, and property maintenance.
  • Supervise a team of rental agents and building superintendents to ensure efficient property operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property value and rental income.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
