Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a long-term care setting.
    • Proven track record of improving quality and safety outcomes.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications
    • Gerontological Nursing Certification (GCN) or equivalent.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Experience with quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.
    • Knowledge of long-term care concepts and philosophies.
