Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead to join our team at Watson Clinic. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology section and ensuring the efficient delivery of radiological services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our radiology team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with our radiology director and manager to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to our radiology team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and certification standards, and oversee all aspects of our radiology department.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our radiology equipment and current developments in the field.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in health care education, college courses, or workshops in management or human relations preferred.
  • Registered in related specialty preferred.
  • ARRT Certification and current certification with State of Florida Radiation Control (HRS) required.
  • CPR certification required.
