About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 12662353 Canada Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Data Management
    • Enter and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems
    • Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Office Operations
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent attention to detail.
