Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ANEEK DEVELOPMENT LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, planning and organizing daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently
