Position Overview:

As a key member of our Strategic Business Development (SBD) team, the Manager of the Proposal Management Office (PMO) will play a crucial role in steering our proposal initiatives. This position requires eligibility for Reliability Status Screening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the PMO, leading a skilled team of Proposal Managers.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assign tasks to Proposal Managers, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all proposal responses.
  • Maintain the integrity of team resources, including content management systems and proposal templates.
  • Provide insights on team utilization for effective capacity planning.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor progress against key performance indicators and development plans.
  • Enhance organizational awareness of RFP processes and provide training as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, particularly in IT staffing or consulting.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as English, Technical Writing, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes in both private and public sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 2010+/365, with advanced skills in Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Content Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.
