Senior Executive

Vernon Equipment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization's operational strategy and direction. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the effective execution of our company's vision.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the effective execution of operational tasks and projects.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
