Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including sales reports and inventory reports.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods.
Work Environment:
