About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier - Delivery Specialist to join our team in Lloydminster. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient pickup and delivery of packages to meet daily schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver customer packages according to established routes and schedules.
- Scan packages accurately upon receipt, delivery, or return to the depot.
- Effectively resolve any issues that arise during deliveries by collaborating with dispatch and customers.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of relevant vocational courses.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of experience driving delivery vehicles.
Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with electronic devices and scanning technology.
