Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring a presence at a Canadian Blood Services location for at least 40% of the work schedule. Flexibility in on-site and remote work will be maintained based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
As the CRM Business Lead, you will:

  • Provide technical and project leadership to the CRM team, driving the execution of marketing strategies across direct digital channels aimed at enhancing acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Design, implement, and analyze a variety of lifecycle campaigns within the CRM framework, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
  • Lead the center of expertise for campaign reporting and analysis, developing standardized methods and tools for evaluating CRM performance.
  • Collaborate with various departmental teams and campaign analysts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet our collection mandates.
  • Monitor CRM metrics and provide insights to management regarding trends and areas for further investigation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant quantitative field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including five years in CRM, with a strong background in Campaign Management.
  • Proficiency in database management and experience in analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Experience navigating and executing SAP-CRM campaigns.
