Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual internal communications plan to support company objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Create engaging, authentic content for various channels, including our intranet, newsletters, and digital screens.
- Curate and execute innovative programs designed to increase communication touchpoints, foster a positive work environment, and encourage employee participation and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Human Capital and Marketing teams to develop and manage the employer brand initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Track and analyze metrics to ensure performance of internal communications strategies and campaigns.
- Work with various internal stakeholders to deliver company-wide projects; ensure alignment on broader company initiatives and communication goals.
- Plan and manage internal events that promote the employer brand and encourage employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on effective communication practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Self-starter, strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Experience working with deskless employees and utilizing mobile communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and tools.
