Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing technical support and solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and guidance to customers, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our scientific instruments and systems.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed reports to support business operations and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French (Quebecois) and English is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a scientific, technical, or similar field.
  • Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and a demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education: A genuine interest in science and/or mechanical systems is highly desirable.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
