Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve the centre's strategic objectives, including increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, direct, and manage a team of around ten people, ensuring high standards of customer service and centre operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that excellent customer service is a top priority, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with clients.
- Centre Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the centre, maintaining high standards and focusing on continuous improvement.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and promote the centre's services.
- Financial Management: Manage the centre's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Golf Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in golf management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Business Acumen: Strong business skills, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, with a bonus based on performance. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
