Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Team Management: Oversee the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive performance and results.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operation of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
  • Team Development: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant industry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player.
