Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will primarily support the Sales team on both day-to-day operations and quarter/annual programs and projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with finance, marketing, growth, and sales leadership on business initiatives spanning go-to-market, strategy, operations, finance, organizational design, and HR.
  • Acting as the analytical authority within the sales organization, driving analyses ranging from Account Executive productivity performance to funnel optimization.
  • Driving the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting operating rhythm across various channels and cross-functional meetings, providing insights to the sales leadership and reps on areas of improvement, pitfalls, and risks.
  • Maintaining the reporting infrastructure of the GTM team up to date and aligned with the rest of the organization, including performance and productivity metric dashboards, funnel reports, and other KPIs.
  • Supporting the Director of Sales Operations through the annual planning cycle with analysis and insights.
  • Executing key cross-functional initiatives, designing solutions, managing timelines, partnering on key decisions, issues, implementation, adoption, and documentation.
  • Organizing pipeline generation tactical playbooks and events, such as Demand Generation Days, and driving new initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation and streamline account executive prospecting activities.
  • Contributing to sales playbooks with templates and other training materials in partnership with sales enablement and sales managers.

Qualifications

  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail with the flexibility to meet the demands of changing business priorities.
  • A confident, proactive communicator, capable of identifying opportunities to solve problems, bring solutions, and make us better.
  • A self-starter, who is highly motivated, full of confidence, and deeply team-oriented.
  • Proven experience in a sales operations role, including 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth environment in sales/revenue operations.
  • Very strong attention to detail, experience developing processes to remove human error.
  • Proven expertise with productivity tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Power BI, and certifications.
  • Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, able to deep dive into large amounts of data, draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues.
  • Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations and demonstrated ability to develop a story and execution plan to support our goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication (listening, written, and oral) skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations targeted to the audience in question.
  • Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Support SalesOps coordinators with different tasks.
