Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our customer service teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our Guest Experience Managers to develop and implement strategies for improving our services and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our quality assurance program.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • College diploma in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, or management.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time.
