Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including word processing, filing, and faxing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Support diverse projects and initiatives, working closely with team members to achieve goals
  • Assist with bookkeeping, including invoicing and POs
Requirements
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Invoice experience
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles
  • Construction experience an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
