Job Purpose

Contribute to the development of innovative powertrain solutions.

As an Environmental Test Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous tests on our electric motorization systems. You will be a key member of the Engineering department, leveraging high-performance technical expertise to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product verification and validation tests to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Design and prepare test setups and instrumentation to meet project requirements.
  • Analyze test results, record and process data to inform product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test reports and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in electrical validation and environmental testing.
  • Experience with computer-aided engineering tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
