Risk Senior Credit Analyst

As a Senior Credit Analyst at DLL - Financial Solutions Partner - Part of Rabobank, you will be a key member of the structured credit team, responsible for evaluating and managing credit risk for complex transactions across various industries. Your expertise in financial analysis and credit risk management will be essential in making informed decisions and recommendations to support the company's global risk appetite and local risk policies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough credit evaluations and risk analyses for transactions in industries such as Construction, Material Handling, Transportation, Technology Solutions, Clean Tech, Healthcare, and Food and Agriculture.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial, asset, market, and structure risk to inform decision-making and recommendations.
- Make credit decisions and escalate risks to Director, Retail Credit as necessary.
- Collaborate with department leads and commercial teams to ensure alignment with DLL's global risk appetite and local risk policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with specialization in Business or Economics preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in credit risk management or a related field.
- Expertise in financial analysis and credit risk management, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, networked organization and work effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Solid team player with a collaborative nature and ability to work independently.
