About the Role

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating commercial financial requests, analyzing financial statements, and approving or denying lease and loan applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial statements, credit histories, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless credit approval processes and effective risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit analysis and risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on credit analysis and risk management techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including credit analysis tools and risk management platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CFA or CAIA.
  • Experience working in a financial services industry, with a focus on credit analysis and risk management.
