Job Title: Executive Chef

Join Touch of Asia Buffet as an Executive Chef and take on the challenge of leading our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting
  • Ability to work on site at our restaurant location
