Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Flats Yorkton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and managing inventory.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen helpers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
