About the Role

At Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team as a District Support Pharmacist. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications, promoting excellent customer service and loyalty.
  • Support accurate pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including perpetual inventory records and narcotics management.
Requirements
  • University degree combined with a valid Provincial Pharmacy license.
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation and ability to achieve results in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Ability to maintain the optimum balance between the profession of pharmacy and business of pharmacy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
