Senior Manager of Land Development and Municipal Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager of Land Development and Municipal Engineering to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and technical support staff in the delivery of projects in transportation, land development, and municipal infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Manage and deliver projects from concept to completion, including report and proposal writing, business development, client liaison, and project management
- Accountable for the overall financial and operational performance of the department, including the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Responsible for overall resource management, including recruitment, team building, staff development, performance management, and salary review process
- Lead, develop, and empower a diverse group of professionals and technical support staff
- 15+ years of consulting and/or municipal experience, with a degree in Engineering or Certificate in Engineering Technology
- 8+ years of managing and mentoring technical staff
- Experience in business development, customer service, client management, and proposal/report writing
- Experience in project management, transportation, land development, and municipal engineering design and construction
