Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Land Development and Municipal Engineering services in Canada.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver projects in transportation, land development, and municipal infrastructure, including report and proposal writing, business development, client liaison, and project management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality projects and services.
- Financial Management: Accountable for the overall financial and operational performance of the team, including the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Resource Management: Responsible for overall resource management, including recruitment, team building, staff development, performance management, and salary review process.
- Client Management: Provide effective leadership and collaboration with other disciplines to deliver high-quality projects and services to our clients.
- Education: Degree in Engineering or Certificate in Engineering Technology.
- Experience: 15+ years of consulting and/or municipal experience, with 8+ years of managing and mentoring technical staff.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the City of Lethbridge and surrounding regional municipal clients and market, experience in business development, project management, and client management.
