About Your Next Challenge:

As a Configuration & Data Management Specialist at Harris Geospatial Solutions, you will play a critical role in managing requests for data export and import from the Department of National Defence and various L3 Harris services and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Manage physical and electronic databases, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Ensure adherence to L3Harris policies and procedures, including coordination of archiving activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback for business process development and improvement.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 6 years of experience in documentation management, with a strong understanding of document management and control.
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Experience in Configuration Management in a defense or aeronautic environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Enovia PLM and SAP systems is also an asset.
  • Soft skills, including bilingualism, strong team player, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • For on-site positions, carpooling is required due to our location not being accessible by public transport.
