About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at THE TAJ MAHAL INDIAN GRILL AND BAR CORP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses and maintain a high level of profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
