Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Browns Socialhouse Lawson. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
