Job Title: Executive Chef

Mai's Kitchen Vietnamese Cuisine Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
