If you are a motivated clinician dedicated to assisting clients in reclaiming their daily activities, this position is ideal for you. You will have the chance to collaborate with seasoned professionals while serving diverse populations, including **Veterans Rehabilitation Services**, **Hand Therapy**, and **Cognitive Rehabilitation**.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of **physical**, **mental health**, and **cognitive abilities**.
- Create and execute personalized treatment strategies.
- Provide education to clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive techniques.
- Facilitate return-to-work initiatives and work alongside an inter-professional team.
- Employ electronic charting software for accurate documentation.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Must hold registration with the provincial **College of Occupational Therapists**.
- 3-5 years of experience in treating **concussion** or **traumatic brain injuries** is preferred.
- Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Previous experience with **auto insurance**, **long-term disability**, and **WSIB referrals** is advantageous.
- Certification in **Concussion** or **Vestibular Therapy** is a plus.
