Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of front desk staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that they are meeting the high standards of customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, such as guest complaints or technical problems.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
