We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Poultry Farming Supervisor to join our team at RPS Hawk Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our poultry farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our animals, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Animal Care: Supervise and monitor the health and well-being of our poultry flock, ensuring that they receive proper care and attention.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the farm, including the management of staff, equipment, and resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our poultry products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to farm staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience and training are essential.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in poultry farming or a related field.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license is required, as the candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles.
