About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team at Fraser Blu Properties Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Provide Agricultural Crop Services
  • Coordinate and Supervise Farm Workers and Harvesting Labourers
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records
  • Supervise and Oversee Growing and Other Crop-Related Operations
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs
  • Hire and Train Staff
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment
  • Perform General Farm Duties
Work Environment

As a Farm Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a physically demanding role, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Farm Operations or a Related Field
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Maintain Quality Control and Production Records
