Daily Duties

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Welcoming and directing customers with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Managing incoming calls while addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or questions.
  • Demonstrated experience in an inside sales or counter sales setting; able to share product knowledge confidently and amicably.
  • Capable of offering detailed pricing information and preparing customer quotations.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficient data entry skills are necessary for entering appointments and orders into internal systems.

  • A keen interest in the automotive industry and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of the automotive or related industry and a capacity for acquiring product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • An active disposition with the ability to lift 30-50 lb tires as required.
