Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Sales Associate who will focus on fostering a friendly atmosphere for our clientele while addressing their inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. Welcome and guide customers with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor to achieve favorable results. Handle incoming calls while addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or questions. Demonstrated ability in an inside sales or counter sales setting; capable of sharing product knowledge with customers in a confident and friendly manner. Provide detailed pricing information and prepare and present customer quotes. Strong attention to detail and efficient data entry skills are essential for entering appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.Qualifications for Success
Interest in the automotive industry and enjoyment of working in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment. Exceptional customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles is preferred. A solid understanding of the automotive or related industry and a willingness to learn about product knowledge. Familiarity with consumer behavior principles. Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to remain active throughout the day and lift 30-50 lb tires as needed. Always safety-conscious, adhering to required PPE and following safe work protocols as instructed.-
