Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting products, process sales transactions accurately, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files, formulas, and inventory levels, and ensure that products are stocked and presented in a way that meets customer needs.
  • Operations: Load and unload delivery trucks, clean store equipment, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
